Lachlan Hall, born in Sydney, Australia, is an extremely passionate and diligent creative artist. After years of training in Classical ballet and Contemporary Dance, Lachlan was accepted into the New Zealand School of Dance as a contemporary dance major in 2012, where he then worked with many choreographers from around the world and attained a Diploma in dance performance. In 2015 Lachlan was accepted into Transit Dance’s inaugural Professional Pathway course where he was quickly chosen as a founding member of Transit Dance Company under the direction of Paul Malek.
Lachlan partakes in project based works with Transit Dance Company whilst also being utilised as a contemporary facilitator and educator for the full-time programs and youth development sectors of Transit Dance.
Lachlan has also studied abroad in Israel with the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company for 9 months and thrives in cultivating an abundance and wealth of knowledge to utilise in enriching his students lives. Lachlan is a choreographer, educator, assistant, rehearsal director and dance artist.
