This Tr.IPP EVENT we will share a presentation of a development by Keren Rosenberg, an independent maker-performer based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. We are also delighted to host Melbourne based visual artist Yumemi Hiraki. Hiraki will present an excerpt of her current work where she examines the realms of her expressions and practice.
Vanessa Northcott and Adrien Tucker, artists in the Tr.IPP cohort, will present current stages of their own developments. Northcott is developing a visual art expression purely consisting of a growing collection of Tea Tags and Tucker is working on a performative act which explores the co-existence of self-love and self-punishment within a physicalised context. Tr.IPP is also proud to be supporting #ARTISLEGIT at this upcoming event.
Tr.IPP EVENT is an alternative platform for performance and presentation of performative acts and pieces at various stages of their development. This is a monthly event which will showcase snippets from works in progress that the Tr.IPP cohort will be exploring at that specific point in time.
At Tr.IPP EVENT the public might experience interactive and corresponding exercises where the performers and the public will collaborate on the generation and development of the ideas at stake.
The presentation will be between 60-90 mins with a lead up and a closure consisting of community interaction. Our in house bar will be open during the event.
All income from Tr.IPP EVENTS will be invested in the activities of the Tr.IPP cohort and their artistic practices.
The door opens at 6:00pm. Our sharing begins at 6:30pm.
