After 5 incredible years as Artistic Director of Origins Dance Company, Jayden Hicks will be stepping down from the role at the end of this year. From choreographing EIGHT amazing contemporary works, directing dance film OUR OWN ISLAND, providing touring and development opportunities, inspiring young artists through the COVID ravaged arts landscape, Jayden has achieved more than we have ever dreamed for this company and we are forever grateful.

So to celebrate all of these amazing achievements, we are inviting every dancer, young and old, to come and take part in his final work, Sus.

Sus is the feature work of Origins Dance Companies 2021 season, Directed and Choreographed by Jayden with an original soundtrack created by Damian Meredith. Inspired by 80s horror films and will utilise the cinematic tools of creating suspense to produce a haunting and theatrical experience. Rehearsals begin on Sunday July 18th with live performance season showing from 16th - 18th September.
