Pre-Professional Musical Theatre & Performing Arts (Show One)
Welcome from the Artistic Director
Welcome to an evening that celebrates the breadth of talent and creativity within our Musical Theatre and Performing Arts streams.
Tonight’s program brings together a rich variety of forms and voices. Our second-year Musical Theatre students share a studio workshop presentation of Little Women, offering a glimpse into their process as developing storytellers. Alongside this, second and third year Performing Arts students present self-devised solo works, revealing their individuality and choreographic vision, while our first-year Musical Theatre artists take to the stage with vibrant cabaret-style vocal performances.
We are also proud to share Wonder, a new ensemble work created by graduate Tijana Novakovic and performed by our Performing Arts first years. This piece embodies both the creative development of our emerging artists and the enduring influence of our alumni, whose artistry continues to shape and inspire.
This program is designed as a celebration of movement, theatre, and music woven together within a relaxed, multi-space environment. The relaxed setting encourages closeness, curiosity, and dialogue, dismantling the usual boundaries between audience and performer. Whether standing, seated casually, or requesting a chair, I hope you feel welcomed into a space of shared discovery.
Thank you for being part of this evening. Your presence affirms the value of these young artists and the exciting possibilities of their creative futures.

The Little Women musical celebrates the unbreakable bond of the March family, centered on Marmee and her four daughters. Jo is bold and imaginative, chasing her dream of becoming a writer. Meg, the eldest, longs for love and stability while balancing responsibility. Beth, gentle and kind, embodies the family’s heart, while Amy, ambitious and artistic, strives for refinement and recognition. Guiding them all is Marmee, whose wisdom and quiet strength anchor the household through joy and sorrow. Together, their journeys reveal the beauty of resilience, the struggles of growing up, and the enduring power of love and sisterhood.
