With over 20 years in full-time dance education, Gina Dwipayana has been a driving force in connecting aspiring performers with world-class training and career opportunities. As Transit Dance’s Venue & Admissions Manager, she leads student admissions and forges key industry partnerships, creating direct pathways for students to launch successful professional careers.
Her extensive background in agency management has seen her work with global entertainment leaders, including Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Disney, Universal Studios Japan, Crown Casino, and Mushroom Entertainment. She has played a key role in securing contracts for graduates and bringing top-tier companies into the Transit Dance network.
A founding team member, Gina has been with Transit Dance since day one, celebrating a decade of shaping the next generation of performers. Passionate about mentorship and career development, she remains dedicated to helping students take their first steps into the industry.
