Origins Dance Company presents 100 voices - A new contemporary dance work created by Paul Malek and Jayden Hicks
Working alongside talented young dancers, Origins Dance Company will explore what is social injustice and how Australian youth experience and witness what they see the be unfair.
Origins Dance Company is a performance based youth dance company that focuses solely on developing young dancers creation, rehearsal & production skills in a professional context with leading Contemporary dance choreographers & artists. This season will be working on Sundays during Term 3 from 10am-4pm.
Rehearsals begin on 15/07/18 and run for 8 weeks until 15/09/18 with a full Production week from 10/09/18 - 15/09/18
Origins Dance Company will be holding an audition and workshop for dancers interested in being involved in this new production. If your aged between 11 and 21, join us at Transit Dance on the 3rd July from 10am - 12:30pm and experience the creative process of Paul Malek.
We invite existing members of Origins Dance Company to join us from 11am.
This is a free audition and workshop with Paul Malek that we encourage all interested dancers to attend. There is an all inclusive cost of $500 for successful applicants to be involved in the season.
