Transit Creative Project returns to Metro Melbourne for the Winter Intensive!

Now in its eighth year, the Transit Creative Project stands as a premier holiday intensive for dancers aged 12 – 25 in Australia, designed for those eager to enhance their creative skills.

Hosted at Transit Dance Brunswick, the program runs over four days and offers participants the opportunity to collaborate with renowned Australian choreographers. Through a series of intensive workshops, each group develops an original 20-minute performance piece. At the end of the week, their work will be showcased onstage alongside the return of the sellout contemporary work, SUITE 13B, by Lachlan Hall, as part of a dynamic performance evening.

This winter, dancers have the opportunity to delve into Contemporary and Jazz fusion Creative Projects. This unique and enriching experience not only deepens participants' understanding of the artistic process but also fosters a sense of community and belonging among them.
