Lachlan Hall

Marketing & Admissions Coordinator

Lachlan Hall is a highly respected choreographer, educator, and dance artist dedicated to shaping the next generation of contemporary performers. As Marketing and Admissions Co-ordinator at Transit Dance, he plays a pivotal role in guiding prospective students to pursue a career in the Performing Arts Arena as well as mentoring students through technical training, choreography, and professional development.

A graduate of the New Zealand School of Dance, Lachlan refined his artistry under world-class choreographers before expanding his studies with Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company in Israel and training across Europe. Lachlan Has been teaching and performing for over 10 years.

Lachlan has performed in a variety of major works and re-staged repertoire by esteemed contemporary artists, including Amy Hollingsworth, Cass Mortimer Eipper, Stephanie Lake, Nils Christie, Rami Be’er, Mats Ek, Adey, Michael Parmenter, and Malia Johnston. His standout stage credits include the premiere of Stephanie Lake’s Colossus and a principal role in the award-winning Yours Truly, which toured regionally in 2017.

As a choreographer, his critically acclaimed Suite 13B toured regionally in 2024, solidifying his reputation as a rising force in contemporary dance. In addition to his choreographic achievements, Lachlan leads the Transit Youth Training Program, ‘Elevate’, preparing emerging dancers with the technical excellence, artistic development, and industry insight necessary for a career in the Arts Sector.


GINA DWIPAYANA

Facilities & Admissions Coordinator

​​With over 20 years in full-time dance education, Gina Dwipayana has been a driving force in connecting aspiring performers with world-class training and career opportunities. As Transit Dance’s Venue & Admissions Manager, she leads student admissions and forges key industry partnerships, creating direct pathways for students to launch successful professional careers.

Her extensive background in agency management has seen her work with global entertainment leaders, including Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Disney, Universal Studios Japan, Crown Casino, and Mushroom Entertainment. She has played a key role in securing contracts for graduates and bringing top-tier companies into the Transit network.

A founding team member, Gina has been with Transit Dance since day one, celebrating a decade of shaping the next generation of performers. Passionate about mentorship and career development, she remains dedicated to helping students take their first steps into the industry.
